hey there buddy, the only government or say central institute offering B.sc cardiology in tamil nadu is JIPMER(pondicherry actually ) , rest are colleges like CMC vellore( private actually), MMM chennai, frontline hospitals, so to get through JIPMER you will have to clear the JIPMER entrance exam, good luck
