Hello I am getting 5498 rank (OBC A) in wbjee exam can I get a government college for engineering

Hi,
If your obc rank is 5498 then you wont be able to get a good govt. college through wbjee but if your gmr rank is 5498 with a obc category then you will surely get some good govt. colleges out there.
