For MBBS seat in government college, general category candidates requires around 580-600+ marks in NEET. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. You can still try in Subsequent or mop up rounds since in Karnataka there are colleges with low cut off. You should apply through state quota since according to state councelling 85% seats will be for state quota students. You can try in semi government or private colleges, there you might get admission easily. I am providing list of colleges you might get admission in, check them out :
