For B.Sc. Optometry in AIIMS 2019, you can only get admission through their B.Sc. (paramedical courses) entrance exam for optometry only and it was conducted yesterday i.e. 15 June,2019 and they don't consider NEET marks at all. Before entrance exam 2019, candidates have to apply for basic registration(PAAR) which was started in the month of November 2018. I you missed the whole procedure, then sorry you would be not getting in AIIMS.

However, you can get admission in B.Sc. Optom either with/without NEET. Many colleges give admission only on the basis of your 12th qualifying marks in PCB.
