Hello sir I got 440 marks in neet 2019. Should I apply for all India counselling with obc category

Yes , definately you should apply for ALL INDIA COUNSELLING because you may get a private college or Deemed University or may be any government seat because in 2018 , the cutoff for general category for management quota seats was around 160 , so OBC surely have less cutoff , so there are great chances of you to get a seat in the medical college.
