I have got 35934 rank in neet 2019 , should I apply for all india counselling ?

Yes you should apply for all India Councelling with this rank. Your chnces are good to fetch government seat in medical college..
If you have any state domicile certificate, then you also go for 85%State quota counselling ,may be you can get good government college un your domicile state, rest depends in no. Of students sitting for Councelling and on the cut off list of this year.
