Hello aspirant,

Yes you can apply for MBA or ma program in any college with 64% marks.
In order to be eligible for the most of the MBA Exam and mba colleges , the minimum eligibility criteria for candidate is to pass at least their Bachelor's degree with at least 50% for General Category. You'll not face any difficulty in applying for any mba or ma college.
