You have not mentioned in which diploma course you are studying. But based on your profile it is known that you are an Engineering aspirant and it is clear that you are doing Engineering in Diploma.

To study in University in other States, you need to write Lateral Entry Entrance Exams for admission into 2nd year of B.Tech. Most of the Colleges gives admissions based on State Level Entrance exam or University level entrance exam or Central level entrance exam.

Entrance exams for admission into B.Tech Lateral Entry are mentioned below.

3. Haryana LEET conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society

4. IIITH LEEE conducted by I nternational Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad

5. DU Lateral Entry Entrance Exam conducted by Delhi University, Delhi.

Some colleges gives direct admission on basis of merit in 12 th standard or they can be Management seats or paid seats. here will be few seats available for Other State students which you can avail if you are eligible for it.
