Hello, In the bvp 3 year LLB exam application form I have to give total graduation marks. Do you know if that means the marks of all sems ?

No, when you are asked to give your graduation Mark's in total they are not asking for Mark's from each semester individually.  What the application form for 3 year LLB  program is asking for is your total CGPA that Cumulative Mark's when all SGPA of each semester is added and divided by the total number of semesters there are. So you have to give your CGPA and not SGPA
