There is no certain provision for this. Any student either PCM or PCB is eligible for B.sc agriculture. And if you are a PCM student , yiur aggregate marks of PCM will be applicable. And if you are a PCB student , then your PCB marks will be applicable. And if you are a PCMB student , then it depends  upon you which aggregate you want to be applicable you can . Choose the one which has better aggregate.

Both category students can apply for Bsc agriculture. Like UP Catet and CET accept both stream application but exam paper contain some amount of biology in it hence it is easier for them. Moreover biology students correlate with agriculture so it also helps them.

While maths students face some difficulty.
