At your marks there are very low chances of getting govt college for MBBS both through AIQ counseling or bihar state counselling.
Bihar cut off also goes very high as last year for Gen category it was 616marks. So there also you have almost zero chances.
Now if we talk about private colleges with reasonable fee's structure you can try in state like Karnataka,Kerala, chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh etc. These are few state's which have fees around 10lakh/annum or low.
