The scholership depends on the colleges so if you explain the particular college in which you want to take the admission then I can help you about.

IIT JAM is the entrance Exam for the admission in M.Sc, Joint M.Sc-Ph.D, M.Sc Ph.D dual programme, integrated PhD etc for the admission in IITs. Some of IITs offers the scholership but the process varies here you can check the scholership for M.Sc. students of IIT Kanpur.
