hello sir. i got 15 marks in gate civil engineering on general category. am i eligible for m.tech structural engineering

You have not qualify the cutoff marks in gate civil engineering. 

The cutoff goes to 28.2 for general category, 25.8 for OBC(NCL) category and 18.8 for SC/ST category.

You can take admission in private university with this marks.
