With your percentile your all India rank would be ranging between 160000 to 170000.

So, you don't have much chances to get into the IITS AND NITS. Although you can try for them in second counselling. 

You can government colleges and private and deemed universities through having an advantage of your JEE percentile and marks,  as many colleges will take that into account while considering you for the admissions.
