Hello student,

Every year the cutoffs to secure a seat in government medical colleges tend to change depending on the top NEET score, difficulty level of examination and a lot more factors. The qualificaltion marks for general category this year is 134 marks. While the cutoff for colleges depend on the state which you belong. Like if you have domicile in Delhi, you need to score over 600 marks, while a score of over 550 secured a seat in states in Karnataka, UP, etc.
