Yes, you can apply for DU LLB entrance exam 2019 if you are in your final year of your Undergraduation degree i.e. BA Programme. The eligibility criteria for DU LLB says that you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in your UG degree to be eligible to take admission in DU. So you are eligible to sit for the exam in your final year but your eligibility will depend on whether you get the minimum aggregate marks.

Yes you can apply provided you have a Graduate or a Postgraduate degree scoring at least 50 percent (45% marks for OBC category and 40% marks for SC/ST category) marks in aggregate of the subjects from the University of Delhi or any other recognised university.
Please note that the application will be available from third week of may, 2019.
