If you can work hard every department is good to go. High money will be in software side of job only. You can take Cse or ece or it for more money offers for job.

for aeronautics ug is not a good idea. it suits better for pg.
for chemical engineering top iits and nits and other top universities have the best equipment.it's better to join them if you are interested

automobile is also a good profession but there are limited number of opportunities. also pg is must to gain more knowledge about the work and get a good job.
