Venkat, the NTA information bulletin states that OCI card holders are eligible for 15% All India Quota but will be treated according to the guidelines set for OCI, NRI, Foreign Nationals but not oon par with the Indian Citizens whose Nationality is Indian. The fees structure and admission guidelines are different for each of them.

Hello

The OCI candidates the eligible for the 15% seats in NEET though NRI/OCI quota, but they would have a different fee structure. Also they are allowed in the 85% local seats as only Indian citizenship are eligible.

Hope it helps
