NO, you don't need to give all the 5 subjects again in NIOS to apply. you can apply with CBSE 12th marksheet and NIOS maths as additional subject for SSCBS BBA FIA.

Yes, you can apply to SSCBS BBA (FIA) using your CBSE 12th certificate and the NIOS mathematics certificate as seperate results but you must have a full Class 12 pass from a single board like CBSE. No need to retake exam for new certificate.

And after that you must take the CUET exam with the correct subject combination including English, Maths and a General Test.also,register on Delhi University's CSAS portal after the CUET results are announced.
