Hi cmat 2018 percentile of my cousin is 31.2% (score 81 marks) and i know its pretty low. what would be the best option for him

As you know that this is very low score and you can not expect the good colleges with this score so I would suggest you to reappear again for the exam. If you want to check your best possibilities then you can use CMAT Pathfinder tool.
