Sanjiv, if you haven't submitted the form yet, you will be able to change your Category. But if you have clicked on "Final Submit" though you haven't made the payment, you cannot make any changes to your application in whatsoever field it might be. So please wait until NTA opens its correction window from January 15th to January 31st. During this period, you can make changes to the application form in the Category field. For now, that's the only way out.

You can change your category when NTA will open its window for the correction ,neet 2020 application form correction will be started from 15th January 2020,correction facility in some particulars will be provided via online mode.
