Everyone approaches competitive exams differently and JEE mains is one of the top competitive exams for engineering. Here are few tips which you can follow.

Firstly try to clear the concepts from all the chapters one by one. Follow the NCERT books. Revise the chapters very often. It is also recommended that you prefer different books other than NCERT and see from where it is easier for you to understand. For physics i recommend H.C verma and DC pandey, for chemistry R.C mukherjee and O.P tandon, for maths R.D sharma and arihant publications.

Secondly try to solve the MCQs regularly, the more you practice the faster you can solve them. Use stopwatch and keep a track of your time.

Thirdly and most important one try to stay healthy, it will help you study efficiently.

And one pro tip while attending for JEE mains answer only those questions you are sure of and not any other question, keep in mind one wrong answer is equal to negative marking.
