It will depend on which branch you want to pursue.

Based on AP EAMCET 2018 cutoff ranks for the SC (Girls) category, I can provide you all the branches you can get in the colleges that you have specified.

From this, you can make a decision about which college you want to give the priority.

1. Vishnu College, Bhimavaram

• Civil
• CSE
• ECE
• EEE
• IT
• Mechanical

2. JNTU Kakinada

• CPE
• Mechanical
• PET

3. RVR, Guntur

• All Branches

4. VR Siddhartha

• All Branches

In my opinion, you should give the Top priority to either RVR or VR Siddhartha, followed by Vishnu College and last priority to JNTU Kakinada.

It depends on which branch you choose, irrespective of branch JNTU has ranking range from 10-15k so it should be your first priority, and next RVR college which has ranking range from 22-35k so you can add it next to JNTU. VR siddartha college comes next has different rankings for each branch (ex : cse - 33k) and at last vishnu college which has ranking around 90k. Good luck!

JNTU, karimnagar is the best option. You have fair chances to seek admiaaion there and do not lose the opportunity coming your way. Its a very fine option and must go with it , you can also get branch of your choice too may be not in first but other rounds of counselling but definitely , so go for it.
