I am sorry to say but these marks are very less to fetch you a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University. These are top Institutes and getting admission requires high scores and good ranks in gate exam. Besides civil engineering specializations in mtech has tough cutoffs and hence you have less chances.

You should try your chances through TS PGECET to get into these colleges. In this exam aslo you will have to secure a top rank.

There is less chances of getting seat in both the colleges but you can try at osmania university. By comparing previous year cut-offs you have some chances of getting in seat. So you can try at OU.
