There are seperate reservations for Delhi students and Non Delhi students for admission in GGSIPU.For Delhi students 85% of the seats are reserved and the rest 15% for Non Delhi students.Delhi students are always in a better position for admission.
Based upon the rank you have got and your domicile you seem to have less chances of admission in IPU main campus.The cutoffs change every year with respect to various factors.Wait for all the rounds of cutoffs to be released.In the mean time also apply for the other privbate colleges in your region and also in Delhi if you wish to.You have better chances there.
