IF you have applied under any reserved category (EWS/OBC/ST/SC), then it is mandatory to fill the family income details as you need to submit the category certificate as well.  But as you mentioned that you have filled the wrong information and now the correction window is closed, so I would suggest you to contact the authorities, otherwise there are chances that your application might get rejected. But if this does not occur, then you have chances to show the income certificate (original) during the time of counselling.
