If you are preparing for Jee 2023, then self study is best. However,if you are taking help from Mohit Tyagi you tube channel, then also you can achieve a little good marks. It is not true that Mohit Tyagi classes doesn't teach each concept of jee main . But in jee advanced, question are little bit tough and the way of solving those is not taught by this channel in a perfect way. Also, some concept are missed for JEE advanced.
If you want to improve your score, then try to cover each and every topic and give practice test.
Also ,you can take another YouTube channel like vedantu, careers360 for understanding topics.
