You have to register to JoSAA first, to initiate the counselling process which will commence tentatively from the first week of June. You need to fill in your choices based on your marks in ranking in the paper. JoSAA, first allots the seats in 2 mock rounds, so that you get a rough idea of which college you can probably get and admission in. Then the actual admission process will start. Refer the site given above for further references for the same.
