Hey Archit, Its quite good that you want to pursue your interest as your career option. You will be delighted to know that you can do an MA from prestigious colleges of Delhi University even if you have not done a BA(hon.) from History.

The eligibility criteria for doing MA history are as following:

1. Candidates who have passed B.A.(hon.)/B.Sc(hon.)/B.Com(hon.) with 60% marks can submit the application for MA History from Delhi University.

Selection procedure includes two methods :

method-1: In this admission is given directly on the basis of percentage cutoff.

method-2: In this method, admission is given on the basis of an admission test conducted by the university which is multiple choice questions based test.

Hope this helps.
