Hello Dear
Your rank is good but as per the analysis made it might be somewhat harder for you to take the major branches across the NITs but yeah if you can go for the NITs of North eastern state them in such case you can get the Major branches in the further rounds of counselling conducted by JoSAA. So overall look the branch before selecting it because it plays the major role in your career before selecting the Institute including the NITs as well.
