Hii.Your rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs and keeping in mind that you belong from SC category you have a tough chance of getting any NITs or IIITs.Yoh might get some seats of lower ranked NITs and IIITs.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NITs from North-east,etc and some IIITs such as IIIT Kota, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Nagpur,etc
