Hey there hope you're doing well.
Dear aspirant, according to your percentile score in JEE MAIN examination your expected rank is about 30,328. Since the cutoff rank for Computer science branch is quite high it's difficult to get CSE at NIT SURATHKAL even with home state quota. You ave not mentioned your category so it's difficult to predict the same however I'm providing you with a link to get a better idea of cutoffs and branch you can get at NIT SURATHKAL.
