If you want to pursue your career in teaching sector, basically in primary school then 2 year DElEd is the best option. Then you can appear for BIHAR TET exam and can get selected as a teacher in state  government schools.

As your final year of BA is completing in November this year, your marksheet/pass certificate will remain valid.

There will be no effect of DElEd course in your BA graduation.
