Yeah. you will definitely get one of the top- engineering college in Karnataka. If you are from pure general category with no reservation then it would be difficult to get into top college with CS branch , because CS branch always have high cut-offs. If you got some reservation then you will get a good college in 1st round only , If you don't get any good college in 1st round try for all the 3 rounds.
