It can create an issue in future if your father's name will be different on documents. Your application might get rejected. I would prefer you to change your father's name in Adhar card,voter I'd card and caste certificate. It can be done by simply through online process.

See this is a very minor problem but it may cause troubles as the the documents provided by you are used for identity and verification of the facts and document mentioned by you. Now the name mentioned on your documents does not matches with your actual parents name it may cause some hindrance but it has a very simple solution to it. You can carry affidavit attested by you and your father claiming that both the persons are same and the mistake is by the virtue of misconceptions.
