Hii. My sister got 59 percentile in jee mains with CRL 496312 and OBC rank 176814. is there any possibility to get good government college .

Sorry to say but your sister rank in JEE mains is very very high in order to get admission into a government college. To get admission in government college one should have rank around 50000. So according to me your sister should look for top private institutions where she can get admission.

Your sister got 59 percentile in Jee main which is very low score . There is no chances of getting government college on the basis of Jee main.
They should try for private college .
