Hii Sir/Mam can u suggest me OBC certificate is attached with jee adv before application form or after application form time.

Hii Saif,
your OBC Certificate will be required at the time of Document verification.
After college allotment,there is a process called document verification.in which you will get an email to come at the given place on a given date with your all documents.

You will need to upload your OBC Certificate while filling the form of Jee Advanced
