The cutoffs are different for the different categories of students.Based on your rank you may be not eligible for the government colleges.However you may apply for other private colleges.Assuming that you have from the muslim category you will have compratively less cutoffs as compared to the other categories.There are many rounds of allotments.Wait for the cutoff for all the rounds.
I would also suggest you that you may drop this year and go for another attempt next year and give your best.Rest of the decision is yours.
