Note that these keep on changing and must be used fir reference only and not to completely rely on them.

As per the above link, the expected Cutoff for Biotechnology at Vellore is under 20,000 and for Biomedical engineering is under 40,000.
A rank of about 68,000 cannot fetch you a seat at VIT VELLORE campus for Biotechnology.
You may try for Biomedical engineering.
You may also try for VIT Bhopal and VIT Amaravati campus. Cutoffs to those are not exactly known but are lower that VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai campuses.
