There are many colleges which have professonal course of bcom along with CA. Some of them are-

• mithibai college, mumbai

• hinduja college 

• Christ University 

there are many other colleges which provide the same but apart from this you can also go for colleges which do not require attendence and take the coaching for CA simultaneously.

Its dependent on your schedule, some people study with distance learning and do job with it, this will help them to become financially dependent and completion of study in effective way but some can do one activity at one time like always study or job. Condition is same in your case

complete degree with CA, totally depend on schedule you want to choose but i have an idea for you if you pass bachelor with overall aggregate of 55 percent, you can join IPCC directly where your CPT will be exempt.

Join distance learning degree from government or private university which is recognised by UGC, State government approval and other approvals, then join degree but try to choose with government university because government recognised universities have all approvals like gujarat university, ahmedabad take admission on bachelor and masters of commerce and arts degree with distance learning without merit, benefit of this is CA can be studied full time with your degree and need to manage time for both effectively, if you dont want to wait until your graduation and may be this is right way sometime aggregate does not meet with 55 percent, so plan doesnt work, so this will be beneficial for you, if you want to go regular student, you many need many formalities and permission which can waste your time and time you need to utilise for study will be reduced due to some reason.
