There are various websites, Coaching institutes, Law sites which are predicting CLAT cut offs for 2019. These are only predictions based on the level of difficulty of the paper and more. So the actual cut off might vary.

But most of the sources are predicting the cut off for the top 5 NLUs to be 140-145+ marks.

Hence the cut offs for all NLUs might not be sky rocket high. The 2019 paper's level was similar to 2016's level and hence the cut off might be similar to 2016 only. Hence you can rely on the Predictor tool. But also keep in mind that it's only an estimate and the actual might vary.
