How can I surrender seat after extended second round in kea and I did not pay any money to kea

Hello Mukesh,
There is no official way to surrender your seat in KEA counseling. Just if you don't pay your fees in the given time period then your seat will be left vacant and will be transferred to the next round and you have mentioned that you didn't pay any fees to KEA so you can relax, you have already lost your seat.
