how can i upload documents in upsee ..... I'm trying it says it is not valid ..why .. don't know???

Hello, may be it would be possible because of some technical problem or the limit size  for certificate photo is higher or lower than required.
I would recommend you to ask for counseling authority about certificate verification.

I have by mistake submitted yes to fee waiver in upsee councling. I am not able to change it so i submitted with form 16. I dont want fee waiver seat nor i am applicable for it. They are saying document is not a valid document. Solution please?
