As you have mentioned you have got 93 percentile and you want to get admitted to IIIT delhi so let me tell you in IIIT delhi admission is done through jac counselling.

In your percentile your predicted rank would be somewhat around 75k as per my knowledge so in this rank and considering you are from other state so you are even close to crack IIIT delhi as the cut off for other state candidates are very high . For computer science it is around 11k.
