DNB counselling is different from MD/MS counselling.
DNB counselling will be conducted by NBE i.e National board of examination.
Minimum qualifying marks for OBC category is 40 percentile. If you score at least 40 percentile you are eligible for counseling.
For cutoff you have not mentioned which branch in DNB , you will get DNB seat if your NEET PG rank is below 15000.
