As far as I know VIT, vellore does not offers aeronautical engineering program, VIT bhopal does, and as far as scope is concerned I would you to try for a better college than VIT bhopal as the placements and scope for the course in India is not that good. You will definitely have enough opportunities to pursue your masters from foreign countries as it is having a good demand outside India. In India following are the best colleges that offer aerospace/aeronautical engineering

ISc Bangalore

IIT Kanpur

IIST

IIT Bombay

IIT Madras

It will be best if you are able to get into one of these for your overall development
