Rampurhat Government Medical College and Raiganj Government Medical college both are almost new in this field. These colleges were established in the year of 2018. So a single batch has not yet passed out. So it is quite difficult to tell which one is better. However, both the colleges have highly qualified faculties and students can practice in the attached hospitals. Both being government hospitals, the patient load is quite heavy. It seems you have state quota in West Bengal and going by the cutoffs of last years', for general category state quota candidates the cutoff of Rampurhat Government Medical college and Hospital was 522 marks out of 720 and it was 519 for Raiganj Government Medical college and Hospital.
