The basic purpose of this book is that student can learn concepts in less period of time but it won't give you depth knowledge. It contains lots of MCQs for your practice. If you want to do the revision then it is good for you but for the preparation you should refer other books as well . It is recommended that you should follow NCERT books to clear your concepts.
