Placement is VIT at vellore is decent we can't say it is good the reason behind is the placement percentage which they show and actually has a lot many difference because they shows a huge no of student's placed in companies like TCS / Wipro etc. but one should also know that the the capacity of student's in every branch in VIT is more comparing with other private colleges which they never disclose in there website. The average package in CSE / IT Department is overall 3.5 to 4.5 LPA and if you want package more than 5 LPA then you have to work for it from first year onwards.

VIT VELLORE  is the most preferred option for students for  CSE/IT branch as it has nice academics and placement records.Average package varies every year but is around 6 LPA.

You must join this college without any hesitation as it has nice records.
