MAMC has 250 seat intake. 15% of the seats are filled through All India Quota and 85% of the seats are filled through State Counselling. So approximately 45 seats are filled through All India Counselling which is open for Candidates who do not have Delhi domicile. The rest 205 seats are filled with Candidates who have Delhi Domicile and fulfill Institutional quota criteria.

There are currently 250 seats for MBBS at Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi. 15% of these i.e nearly 38 seats are available for candidates from outside Delhi. This number is also further distributed category wise among General, SC, ST, OBC etc.
